A mother of six confesses to sexually assaulting a young girl then disappears.  This week she’s made her way to the top of the U.S. Marshals Most Wanted List.

Not only is Nicole Worley still on parole, she’s required to register as a sex offender for her horrific crimes and the U.S. Marshals say time is running out to find her before she claims her next victim.

“This stuff impacts them not only at the time but for the rest of their life, so that’s why these crimes are so serious,” Deputy U.S. Marshals DFAT Supervisor Aaron Garcia said.

Victims of sexual assault are traumatized and burdened with unimaginable pain all at the hands of a cowardly predator.

“The facts of this case is just extremely disturbing,” Garcia said.

Nicole Worley chose to destroy a 13-year-old girl’s innocence at the Lamp Lighter Motel in Lincoln Park.

“The crimes that she originally did that she confessed and pled guilty to are just horrific, it involves a child, and we don’t see too many of these happen with a mother of 6,” Garcia said.

Police say Worley doesn’t have custody of any of her children after spending five years in prison for the 2003 sexual assault.

“Since she has been released from prison she has been on parole, and she has been unaccounted for at this time,” Garcia said.

She’s absconding parole and failing to register as a sex offender.

“We’ve been looking for Nicole for about a year now, since July of 2017 with no luck,” Garcia said. “We know she has extreme ties to southwest Detroit, Lincoln Park, Redford area but at this point, we have no idea where she is.”

That’s why the U.S. Marshals need your help to find 38-year-old Nicole Renee Worley.  She is 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds.

“We need to resolve this issue and bring her back in custody where she belongs,” Garcia said.

As always there’s a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of Nicole Worley or any of the fugitives featured on Detroit’s Most Wanted. You can call the U.S. Marshals anytime at (313) 234-5656.
