Alamo Drafthouse Cinema plans to build a new movie theater in Midtown Detroit.
It would be located west of Woodward and south of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
The chain, based in Austin, Texas, is known for serving craft beer and food right at your seat.
If all goes as planned, construction could start by the end of the year and the theater could have a grand opening in 2020.
