UPDATE: Warren police say Thomas has been found and is safe.

An Endangered Missing Advisory was issued for a 30-year-old man who was last seen in the area of his home on Martin Street in Warren on June 25.
Police say Thomas Richard Swiontek, 30, has a 'diminished mental capacity' and may not be able to take care of himself.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with Brown hair and brown eyes.
