Firefighters are at the scene of a three-alarm fire at an apartment building northwest Detroit.
The building is located at Woodward Avenue. The fire began from the third floor of the building.
Officials say residents were trapped but were evacuated safely. One person jumped from the third story window. Authorities say their condition is unknown.
Minor injuries were reported.
