Police have identified the suspect responsible for allegedly spying on women in the changing room inside of a CrossFit in Clinton Township.
The Macomb County Prosecutor's office has issued a felony warrant for Matthew James Krakowski, 34, of Casco Township.
Krakowski is charged with one count of capturing/distributing image of unclothed person, which carries a five year felony.
Clinton Township Police began investigating after a hidden camera was discovered inside the women's changing area and bathroom at the Switch CrossFit on Morelli Drive.
The hidden camera was found April 12. The victim who reported the incident said that she was in the changing room when she observed a camera being pulled up through a ceiling tile.
It is not known how many victims there are, and police say it is believed the suspect is an employee. Phones and computers have been recovered as part of an ongoing investigation.
