Police in Owosso are investigating after possible human remains were found in a former funeral home.
The city of Owosso revealed the investigation in a Facebook post:
A Google search reveals the address in question was once the home of the Mowen Funeral Home.
The Facebook post says that markings on the box the remains were found in indicate it is 50 years old. However, it is not clear at what point the remains were placed in the box.
