SHELBY TWP, Mich. (WXYZ) — A 21-year-old man is dead after being shot by his brother in a home in Shelby Township.
According to Shelby Township police, the shooting occurred at 5 p.m. in a home on Glen Eagle Drive, near 21 Mile Road and Schoenherr.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
The suspect has been identified as the victim's brother. He is being cooperative with police.
There is no additional threat to the public, according to authorities.
