The man connected to a shooting at a gas station in Canton was arraigned Friday on a five count warrant.
Forrest Julian Neal IV was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder, Assault with a Danger Weapon and two counts of Felony Firearm.
On March 20, police responded to a 911 call at the Valero gas station on Ford and Haggerty. Upon arrival, officers found a man that had been shot one time by an acquaintance.
Neal was given a $1 million bond. A probable cause conference is set for April 6.
