A male, aged 15-20, is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in a hit and run incident Saturday evening.
The victim was crossing Evergreen on foot when he was struck by the suspect, 18, who was driving a blue Dodge Journey.
Police say the suspect continued a short distance but was stopped by a citizen. When police arrived, he was taken into custody, along with his vehicle.
