A man riding on a party bus was shot in the ankle early Saturday morning, police say.
Police say there was an altercation earlier at the Citgo gas station on the corner of Wyoming and Esper.
The shooting allegedly occurred on the freeway once the party bus left the gas station.
Police say a champagne or cream colored vehicle is suspected to be the shooting vehicle. Westbound I-96 at Wyoming was closed so police could search for evidence.
The victim had non-life threatening injuries and should be released later Saturday.
Police say the investigation is continuing.
