A Livonia tailor is facing two charges of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly inappropriately touching two men.
According to Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, 57-year-old Majed (Mark) Wazni, of Dearborn, inappropriately touched the two men while they got fitted for work uniforms at a location in Livonia.
The incident happened on February 12.
He is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday afternoon in Livonia.
