One woman took a fear of spiders to a whole new level.
Officers were dispatched for assistance in killing a spider after a woman called 911.
She was informed that spiders are not a police matter and calling for assistance constitutes misuse of the 911 system.
The woman was also informed that further misuse could lead to an arrest. The alleged arachnid was gone upon the officer's arrival, the police department said.
