A photo of a student golfer being attacked by a goose during practice has gone viral.
According to a tweet sent out on April 22 by @BlissfieldAthletics, golfers were just finishing teeing off and were walking down the fairway. That's when the goose attacked.
The tweet has since been retweeted over 4,000 times, as of Monday afternoon.
Near the area where the golfers were walking was a goose nest. And although the golfers were avoiding the nest, that still didn't appease the bird who is seen in three photos charging at the student golfer and knocking him completely over.
Fortunately, the goose and the student were unharmed. According to the twitter handle, it was only the student's pride that was hurt.

The golfers just finished teeing off and were walking down the fairway. To the left there was a goose nest and the golfers did a good job of avoiding it but the guard goose (hanging out on the far right thought differently.
