Monroe County Sheriff's Department have identified a person found dead inside of a home on the 14000 block of Exeter Road in Ash Township following a house fire.
Humberto Reyna Jr,, 56, was found in the basement of the home.
The fire occurred on April 11 at about 3:25 p.m.
The owner of the home returned to the residence to find the house engulfed in flames. He reported to fire officials on the scene that his son could possibly be inside. After extinguishing the fire, fire department personnel were able to locate the body of Reyna Jr.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau at (734) 240-7530.
