The Holly Police Department is looking for information on a man who exposed himself to a woman outside of a car wash on North Holly Road.

The incident happened on April 19. Officers received a report from a 23-year-old woman who said she was vacuuming and cleaning out her vehicle when an older silver SUV, driven by a white man believed to be in his mid-50s, pulled up on the opposite side of the vacuum island.

The suspect, who was wearing a short dress, asked the woman for a cigarette and a lighter, according to reports. The woman said she lent the man those items, then he returned to her vehicle to ask if he could see her toes.

The victim said the suspect told her, "I bet you have really pretty toes." The woman declined, but reports state the man made the request several more times.

The woman then reported she walked to a dumpster to throw something away, and when she turned back toward her vehicle, the man was seen standing bent over by the waist in front of his vehicle. His buttocks and genitalia were completely exposed, and the man was looking back at her the entire time he was in that position, the victim reported.

He then got in his vehicle and left the area. The victim also reported seeing several women's flip flops on the floor of the suspects passenger's side during their encounter.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Holly Police Department at (248) 634-8221.
