Detroit Dog Rescue is offering up a $2,500 reward to find the person who's dumping dead animals.
The move comes after a woman discovered a dead dog in the lot next to her home.
It was about 8-months-old and still in a crate. The puppy appeared to have starved to death.
This isn't the first time the woman has found a dead dog next door. The last time she found a mutilated Chihuahua in a trashcan.
