Are you in the market for a home that comes fully furnished, decorated and offers two custom made cars? You're in luck!

There's a house on sale in metro Detroit that's looking for a buyer as unique as the rooms.

Homeowner Ronald Nassar said, "I call it the wow factor."

He is selling his home, 450 West Grixdale.

"It's a simple three letter word but it says a lot and if I can get that out of anybody that walks in for the first time I'm happy. I've done my job."

Home is where the heart is, for Nassar it's also where the art is.

"I love the unique."

Nassar calls the home "Lion Gate Estate" and so it's fitting he takes great pride in it.

"Create a place that is light and airy that's artistic."

The three bedroom, four bathroom home just hit the market. The asking price is $550,000.

You get everything you see, the furniture, the decorations even two custom made cars worth $220,000.

The appliances are from the 1960s but still work like new. There are so many details and colors to see. Much of the work was done by hand.

"I wanted it to be something where I was emotionally happy to get up every morning."

Even the walls and ceilings are unique The dining room wall is covered in faux fur, the basement door and stairs wall are crushed velour and the den has carpet on the ceiling.

"Moderation has its place and it's not here," Nassar laughed.

The house has been in his family since the 1950s. Nassar put it up for sale because his health is starting to decline.

"Maybe now would be a good time to start thinking about what I'm going to do from here on out."

Nassar hopes the next homeowner will fill the Lion Gate Estate with "roaring" laughter.

"I would like to see this house have fun in it again, like I did."
