A mother's horror played out in a courtroom.
She took the witness stand, trying to explain how her little girl ended up with a bullet wound to her head.
The judge is so fed up with kids being shot he said, "this nonsense needs to stop."
The victim, London Muldrow, is only 3-years-old. She was shot in the head April 7.
Her mother told the court London is still at Children's Hospital in Detroit. She's had one surgery and she still needs another.
Laurice Henderson testified at a hearing for Exel Taylor during which surveillance video from the gas station where the shooting happened was shown.
The judge decided there is enough evidence to put Taylor on trial. He's accused of shooting at one of Henderson's friends at a gas station on Livernois in Detroit.
A stray shot hit London in the head while she was sitting in her mother's car.
The judge said Taylor is a danger to the community and kept him locked up without bond.
The judge also dismissed two counts in the case.
The most serious charges Taylor now faces are for assault with intent to commit murder. He'll be back in court next month.
