Police are looking for a man who stole baby formula from Target in Chesterfield Township on three separate incidents.

On Jan. 25, the suspect placed $190 worth of baby formula in his backpack and walked past all points of purchase, police say.

The same suspect reportedly committed two additional retail frauds of formula on Feb. 9 at the Chesterfield Target store, taking approximately $140 in formula.

During all three incidents, the suspect has fled on foot to the area of the Georgetown Apts. near 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield.

Police describe the suspect as a black man in his 50s, weighing approximately 190 pounds, wearing a black jacket and royal blue hooded sweatshirt underneath, a black winter hat with an unknown logo and black tennis shoes with white trim on the soles.
