WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — Warren police are investigating a bizarre robbery that occurred at the Days Inn early Thursday morning.
Police say officers were called to the hotel, located at Convention Boulevard, by a male guest who told officers that a man forced his way into a room occupied by his wife.
Guests told police that the incident happened while the wife was alone in the room and the husband was in the lobby.
A man entered the room, tied up the woman and took off with a cell phone, a video game and other items.
Police continue to investigate.
