(WXYZ) — Home goods store Arhaus is opening its expanded and renovated space on Friday.
The company opened its first store at Somerset Collection in 2009 and renovated its space in its 10th year.
It will be relocating back to its original location on the second floor near Saks Fifth Avenue witha 12,379 square-foot, newly-renovated space.
“In retail, it is critical to continue to reinvent yourself and we are excited to be able to bring our new store design to Somerset Collection. We believe that retail is theater and our stores should be a place for customers to come and get inspired,” said John Reed, Chairman & CEO, in a news release.
Arhaus will celebrate its grand opening on Jan. 9, 2020. From Jan. 9 through Jan. 12, the store will donate 10 percent of all purchases to Beaumont Children's.
