The Oakland County Sheriff's Department say they are investigating a body pulled from Osmun Lake as a homicide.

A autopsy done on the body on Friday found the body had multiple gunshot wounds.

Right now investigators are not revealing the name of the victim, only that the man was just 20 years-old.

“I’m not going to lie I’m scared,” said Gale Ferguson.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office says a mother called 911 last night reporting that her son and his cousin were fishing at Lake Osmun when they found bloody clothing.

When investigators arrived they found what looked like car parts from a Pontiac Grand Prix. They also found a blood trail leading to the edge of one of the docks. They called for a dive team, and found a body.

Investigators were able to link the car to a stolen Pontiac Grand Prix. Waterford Police found the car at the bottom of Stanley Lake on Thursday and were able to make a link.

Now investigators are offering $2,000 dollars for any information to solve the homicide.

While others offer their condolences to the victims family.

“My heart goes out to them, comfort, you know, comfort and healing because that’s what it’s going to take because you never get over somebody getting killed that’s the worst,” said Taffada Wethy.
