The suspect in the hit-and-run death of an 8-year-old Brandyn Starks from Detroit was arraigned Tuesday.
Stephen Williams, 27, of Ecorse, has been charged by Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy in connection to the fatal hit-and-run that occurred on April 19.

Williams is charged with reckless driving causing death, operating with a suspended license causing death, and failure to stop at the scene of an accident when at fault resulting in death.
The judge has set his bond at $500,000 cash.
