Pittsfield Township police are searching for two suspects after a teen was shot and killed during a robbery on Saturday night.
According to police, it happened in the 2100 block of Glencoe Hills Dr. about 9:30 p.m. That's in an apartment complex near US-23 and Washtenaw Ave.
Police were called ot the scene on reports of a robbery and gunshots fired. Then arrived and found the 19-year-old on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital and later died.
According to police, they found the robbery was related to narcotics in a pre-arranged meeting.
The two suspects are described as black males, about 19-25 years old. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 734-994-2911 or the TIP line at 734-822-4958.
