The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is stepping up enforcement to find impaired drivers on the roads.

If you see someone drunk driving, call 911 when it is safe to do so and give a description of the vehicle to law enforcement.

In Michigan, it is illegal to drive with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, although drivers can be arrested at any BAC level if an officer believes they are impaired.
