A Van Buren Township trustee is accused of shoplifting from Macy's.
Sherry Frazier was arraigned Wednesday morning. She is accused of stealing two scarves and earrings from the Macy's located at Eureka Road in Taylor on New Year's Eve in 2017.
The value of the stolen merchandise is about $300, police say.
