This Mega Millions jackpot is the largest ever, according to lottery officials. The biggest jackpot won in 2018 so far was for $543 million, purchased in California on July 24.
The last Michigan player to win a Mega Millions jackpot was Kevin Blake, of Waterford.
If a Michigan player wins tonight's $667 million jackpot, it would be the largest Mega Millions prize ever won in the state and the largest ever Michigan Lottery prize.
