DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Detroit Lions have had quite a busy Monday. After signing former Patriots WR Danny Amendola and DE Trey Flowers, the team has reportedly found their tight end, former Steeler Jesse James.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports the Lions have agreed to a deal with the 24-year-old tight end. He spent the past four seasons in Pittsburgh and graduated from Penn State.
James caught 30 passes for 423 yards and two touchdowns last season. He's also 6-feet-7 and weighs 261 pounds.
