The NFL released the full 2018 schedule, and primetime dates highlight the Lions slate.
The Lions open the season at home on Monday Night Football, hosting the Jets. They'll travel to San Francisco in Week 2 before a home date with the Patriots on Sunday Night Football in Week 3.
