Jon Leuer is healing from another surgery, and his status for training camp is unknown.
The Pistons big man, who played in eight games last year after injuring his ankle, had knee surgery for a right medial meniscus injury that happened during an offseason workout earlier this week.
Leuer underwent surgery in New York on Wednesday, the team said.
There's no timetable for his recovery.
Leuer signed a four-year, $42 million deal in 2016.
