Practices for March Madness at Little Caesars Arena free to public

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Fans wanting to get a look at the 16 teams that will play games at Little Caesars Arena on Friday during March Madness will have a chance during free open practices on Thursday.

According to 313 Presents, doors will open at 10 a.m. Thursday for the practice sessions with all four restaurants and concession stands open as well. The event is free, and there is even free parking in Olympia Development lots north of I-75.

Each team will have 40 minutes to practice and fans catch watch them all.

The practice schedule is below

  • 11:00-11:40 a.m. - Cal-State Fullerton
  • 11:45 a.m.-12:25 p.m. - Butler
  • 12:30-1:10 p.m. - Purdue
  • 1:15-1:55 p.m. - Arkansas
  • 3:25-4:05 p.m. - Michigan State
  • 4:10-4:50 p.m. - TCU
  • 4:55-5:35 p.m. - Bucknell
  • 5:40-6:20 p.m. - Arizona State or Syracuse
