(WXYZ) — This is a big weekend for the Big Ten.
Following up on the reports from The Athletic and ESPN, sources tell 7 Action News the conference is planning a re-vote Sunday night.
The feeling is, unless chancellors and presidents go rogue, the re-vote has a good chance to be unanimous. In that case, the Big Ten season would start in mid-October.
New ways to test, and a new testing outlet with which to work, has the Big Ten leaders feeling more confident about playing.
