MINNEAPOLIS (WXYZ) -- Two Michigan State fans got a special assist from head coach Tom Izzo during the Spartans' open practice Friday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
The couple held a sign that read "Izzo's help needed: Future Spartan gender inside," with an envelope attached.
The NCAA's "March Madness" Twitter account captured the moment Izzo opened the envelope and revealed the results.
