XFL games will air weekly on ABC with other games on ESPN, FS1 and more

(WXYZ) — The XFL announced on Monday that it has reached multi-year broadcast agreements with ESPN and FOX Sports for the inaugural 2020 season.

XFL games will air weekly on ABC and FOX with other games airing on ESPN, ESPN2, FS1 and FS2. There will be back-to-back games on Saturday afternoons at 2 p.m. and two additional games on Sunday afternoons.

The XFL will kick off on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, with teams in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, St. Louis, Seattle, Tampa Bay and Washington D.C. That's less than a week after the Super Bowl, and the championship is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 at 3 p.m.
