Wednesday: Cold and breezy with single-digit wind chills in the morning. Mostly sunny afternoon with cold winds up to 25 mph. High of 28°.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a rain/snow mix possible later in the day. More rain at night. High of 42°.
