HALLOWEEN: Rainy and chilly. highs in the mid to upper 40s. Rain is likely with temps in the 40s for Trick-or-Treaters, but wind chills in the 30s. Rain will likely mix or change over to snow showers after sunset. Variable winds 5-15 through the day with winds increasing 15-25 mph and gusty after 8pm.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Rain to snow with minor amounts sticking to the grass on the northwest side of the metro Area. The roads should stay only wet into Friday morning.
FRIDAY: Snow showers will end in the morning. Most, if not all, should be done before the sun comes up. It will be brighter, but windy and cold. High of 46°, but wind chills will be in the 30s.
