Temps will drop quickly this evening and end up in the 20s to around 30 by morning. The coldest lows will be in the NW burbs.
Thursday night should bring the coldest air of the season and may bring strong enough snow showers to actually stick in some areas by early Friday morning. It looks like the best chance, which isn't that high of a chance will be on the east side of the metro area.
