A Mount Clemens teenager accused of taking a car for a joy-ride is expected in court today.
The 13-year-old led police on a high-speed chase last month after they tried pulling him over for erratic driving in Clinton Township.
An officer's dash cam captured the incident.
The teenager is charged with unlawfully driving, fleeing and eluding -- and resisting and obstructing a police officer.
Today a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to send him to trial.
The teen is being held at the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center.
