Detroit police search for missing teen girls in poor mental health

Detroit police are searching for two missing teen girls who are both in poor mental health.

According to police, Desiree Asbell and Aaliyah Moore, both 15, disappeared from Desiree's home in the 12400 block of Lansdowne on Aug. 7 between 1:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. That's near Moross and Kelly on the city's east side.

Both teens are in good physical condition but poor mental health and both require medication.

They were last seen wearing gray tank tops and red shorts. Desiree is pictured on the left in the photo above while Aaliyah is on the right.
