If you plan on being in Detroit for Opening Day festivities on Friday, there's a way you can snag a ride home at a discount.
Fans leaving Comerica Park after the Tigers game will be able to get half off Lyft rides by entering promo code WALLSIDE in the app before requesting a pick-up.
Wallside Windows is offering to pay half of the total cost of a ride with its "Safe Ride With Wallside" campaign.
Riders can get a maximum discount of $15 per ride. The promotion runs from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
“Lyft drivers in metro Detroit are here to provide a safe ride whenever you need one and we’re thrilled to partner with Wallside to make this an option for fans on opening day,” stated Elliot Darvick, Lyft’s General Manager for Detroit, in a press release.
