An armed robber at a south side Chicago hot dog stand accidentally shot himself in the penis during his escape, according to the Chicago Tribune.
According to the Tribune, 19-year-old Terrion Pouncy robbed the Original Maxwell Street Polish around 6 a.m. Tuesday.
As he ran away, Pouncy tried to put the gun in his pants. It went off, according to the Tribune, shooting him in the penis and the thigh. He eventually called 911 to report he ha been shot.
He was taken to the hospital and charged with two counts of armed robbery with a firearm.
