Prominent metro Detroit attorney Mike Morse claims Geoffrey Fieger's lawsuit is 'nonsense' and says it's all based on a vendetta.

The civil lawsuit, filed by Fieger, claims Morse molested a woman in the back of Steven Lelli’s Inn on the Green restaurant in Farmington Hills.

In a news conference on Monday, Morse said Fieger had a vendetta against him after one of Fieger's clients fired him and hired Morse.

Morse adamantly denies the allegations that he sexually assaulted the woman. Fieger filed a multi-million dollar sexual assault lawsuit against him.

The lawsuit claims Morse grabbed the woman's breasts.

Morse claims the woman came up to him in the restaurant wanting to take a photo with him.

“This lawsuit is a bogus, manufactured lawsuit, in an attempt to extort money from me by the Fieger Law Firm,” Morse said. “This lawsuit is complete and utter nonsense, and I will vigorously defend myself against these false claims.

According to Fieger's office, the lawsuit said the victim filed a complaint with the Farmington Hills Police Department and also wore a wire and recorded Morse admitting the actives that are alleged.

The police department says they do not comment on open investigations, and will neither confirm nor deny that there is an open investigation.
