Seven people shot in Detroit in three shootings

Two people are dead and at least five others are injured in three shootings across Detroit tonight.

The largest scene is on Gratiot, where five people have been shot. One of those people has died. Another is in critical condition. The other victims are expected to recover.

Police say they are searching for an African American man in connection with this shooting. He is believed to be in his 20s. He is between 6'2" and 6'4" and weighs around 180 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie with white drawstrings.

Another shooting is at Packard and Savage. Police say a man in his 20s was standing on the corner when a black Dodge Stratus approached with three African American men inside.

Two suspect got out of the car, with one of them firing shots from an assault rifle, hitting the man and killing him.

All three suspects then left the scene, heading westbound on Savage.

The suspects in this shooting are a black male in his 20s with a light complexion. He is 6'2"  and weighs about 180 pounds. He has dread locks. The second suspect is only described as being in his 20s. There is no description provided for the third suspect.

The third scene is at Meade and Goddard. One man was shot at the location. His condition isn't know. No other details have been released.
