Surveillance video shows a wild attack inside Beauty Hair and Wigs on 8 Mile in Detroit.
An angry customer goes on a rampage on September 23rd, and the owner tells 7 Action News she couldn't get the cash refund she had been demanding from the store.
The owner says she would have gladly exchanged the $12 in merchandise, but the woman, who had a child with her, wouldn't listen.
The owner told us, "I'm scared. I have been here for 20 years, and never had anything happen like that."
Video shows the woman knocking over jewelry cases, and punching at several people as she leaves the business.
Outside the front door, the chaos continues, with her fighting off security, while still knocking the 69-year-old owner to the ground.
Police say they made contact with the angry customer and have reviewed the surveillance video. No word yet on what charges could be coming for this woman.
