Warren Mayor Jim Fouts is shaking up his police department.
Sources say he has rehired Bill Dwyer as the Commissioner of the Police Department.
Dwyer will replace Jere Green, who we have learned was fired Friday morning.
Dwyer is currently a member of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. He retired from the Warren police force after being elected to the Board of Commissioners.
