The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman at the Rochester Hills Meijer last week.

According to deputies, Danielle Alfredo Torres-Rivas, 35, turned himself into deputies are Friday, Aug. 19. This happened after deputies received a tip that Torres-Rivas searched a home in Pontiac.

When he was taken into custody, he showed an El Salvador passport as identification, so detectives contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to ICE, Torres-Rivas is in the country illegally, and was denied a visa. Agents placed a detainer on him to begin the deportation process.

The woman told investigators the man was walking close to her and she moved away.  When she looked back, she saw the man expose himself and make the sexually explicit gestures. She said she called 911 right away.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they said they also found biological evidence at the scene.

"I find it completely disgusting and sad that this individual, who is illegally in our country, felt comfortable enough here to harass a woman in a very public store by masturbating to completion," Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard said in a release. "I thank the tipster who helped us lock up this sick pervert.”

Torres-Rivas was arraigned on charges and is currently in federal custody.
