Witnesses tell 7 Action News the pick-up was going between 80 and 100 mph befor ethe crash.

He hit two separate cars while running from police, before spinning out. It was at that point that he jumped out of the car and ran west.

The drivers of those cars did suffer minor injuries. One of them, a woman, was trapped and needed to be cut out before being taken to the hospital.

A tracking dog was called in to help find the suspect, but they could not locate him. The search was called off for the night at around 11:00 p.m.

Police say they have no description of the man. However, it is hoped evidence in the stolen car will lead to his arrest.
