Two Dearborn residents are suing Little Caesars Pizza after they were allegedly served pork pepperoni pizza after ordering halal pepperoni pizza from the location on Schaefer Road.
Malak Charara and Alaa Al-Hajaj are the plaintiffs involved in the third lawsuit against Little Caesars.
The lawsuit alleges that in addition to being served pork pizza, the plaintiffs also ordered a mushroom pizza that was contaminated, due to the employees touching pepperoni with their bare hands and making mushroom pizza without washing their hands.
Charara and Al-Hajaj are suing for $25,000 in damages.
