(WXYZ) - Aretha Franklin has canceled her concert at DTE Energy in July.
A press release from Franklin's public relations team says her July 27 "One Last Time" show is canceled due to a scheduling conflict with her treatment.
In a letter to fans, friends and supporters Franklin says "It would be totally disruptive to stop them now and go into a concert with total success right at the door, 100%."
Franklin signs the letter with love and tells Detroit fans "I'll see you next summer."
