Have you ever wanted to enter an eating competition to test your skills? Well, now you can. Del Taco is hosting its 3rd annual Epic Burrito Challenge on Cinco de Mayo.
Starting at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, up to 10 challengers at the Dearborn Heights Del Taco will try to be the first to finish two of Del Taco's one-pound Epic Burrito. Registration begins at 10 a.m. for the challenge at the restaurant on Telegraph.
The person who eats their burritos first, or finishes the most within 15 minutes will win a free Del Taco Epic Burrito per week for a year! Second place will win a catering package for up to 20 people, and third place wings on free meal.
Varieties include the Epic Grilled Chicken Avocado Burrito, Epic Steak & Potato Burrito and Epic Chicken Chipotle Ranch Burrito.
Also, all Del Taco locations will offer $.59 cent value tacos and $1 Del Tacos.
